Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These terms govern the use of the SOSVibecode site and its contact form. The work we carry out is governed by the quote you accept and the terms that come with it.
1. Purpose
The site presents our services for taking on, fixing, connecting and shipping applications, and lets you send us a request for a quote. It is not an online sales offer: no order and no payment can be made from this site.
2. Acceptance
Browsing this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. Access to the site
The site is freely accessible at any time, subject to interruptions needed for maintenance and updates, or caused by a failure in a service it depends on. We guarantee neither continuous availability nor the absence of errors. Internet access costs and the equipment needed remain yours.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site in good faith. The following are prohibited:
- any attempt at unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data;
- any action intended to disrupt its operation, overload it, or extract its content by automated means;
- sending, through the form, content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of a third party;
- using the form for commercial prospecting or unsolicited messages.
5. Content you send us
You remain the owner of the code, documents and files you send us. By uploading them, you authorise us solely to read and analyse them in order to study your request and prepare a quote.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over what you send, and undertake not to send us third-party personal data, login credentials or production secrets. If your project contains any, remove them before sending or tell us.
How these items are handled is described in ourprivacy policy.
6. Intellectual property of the site
The texts, illustrations, logo and visual identity of this site are protected. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. The trademarks and logos of the tools mentioned belong to their respective owners.
7. Liability
The information published on this site is provided for guidance. It describes how we work and is not a contractual commitment: only an accepted quote binds both parties to a scope, a price and a deadline.
We cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site, in particular loss of data, revenue or business.
8. Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party sites over which we have no control. Their content and their practices are the responsibility of their publishers.
9. Personal data and trackers
Data processing is detailed in ourprivacy policy, and the trackers used by the site in our cookie policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. The version that applies is the one published on this page, whose last update date appears at the top of the document.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
12. Contact
For any question about these terms, write tocontact@sosvibecode.com. The publisher's identity appears on the legal notice page.
